"Where am I?" skill idea

My idea is to use GPS or coordinates estimated from some GeoIP lookup service (e.g., https://ipinfo.io/), and then show map tiles on the Misty face screen from OpenStreetMap (e.g., through the Overpass API, Overpass API - OpenStreetMap Wiki).

Compared to non-Misty options, e.g., Google Maps on a smartphone, this is not better for finding where you are. However, this basic skill would be useful for creating many other kinds of location-aware skills, e.g., associating previous robot-human interactions with different geographic locations over the lifetime of the robot.
